How it works

Three steps, no contract until you're sure.

No sales process to sit through. Just enough to get you covered, judged on the actual standard before you commit to anything.

01

Point us at your gaps

A quick message or a call — which dispatch system you're on, roughly how many hours of cover you need, and whether it's a one-off gap or something recurring. Evenings, weekends, holiday cover, or a specific shift that's chronically short-staffed, it's the same starting point either way.

Nothing's committed at this stage. It's just enough information to work out whether it's a good fit before either of us spends real time on it.

02

We work your system

Access happens the same way it would for any remote controller — a login to your existing dispatch platform, not a new piece of software bolted on. Any specific pricing rules, account customers, or procedures particular to your firm get covered before the first shift, not worked out live on a call.

For a straightforward setup, this can be same-day. Nothing gets migrated, nothing changes for your team or your customers on the other end of the phone.

03

Free trial shift

A real shift, real calls, judged on the actual standard rather than a sales pitch about it. No cost, no obligation attached.

If it's a good fit, moving to ongoing cover is a flat rate agreed directly with you — not published on this site, because every setup's different enough that a fixed rate card wouldn't mean much. If it's not a fit, that's a useful thing to find out for free rather than after committing to something.
