These terms cover use of this website and enquiries made through it. If you go on to engage Veitch Ops for dispatch cover, the specific terms of that arrangement (rate, scope, notice period) are agreed directly and separately, in writing, before any work begins — this page covers the website itself, not that agreement.
This site describes remote dispatch and call-handling cover for independent UK taxi, private hire, courier and logistics operators, provided by Ben Veitch trading as Veitch Ops. Nothing on this site is a binding offer of service until specific terms have been agreed directly with you.
Submitting the enquiry form doesn't commit you to anything, and doesn't commit Veitch Ops to accepting the work — every enquiry is reviewed individually, and a quote or trial shift is offered at our discretion based on fit, capacity and the details provided.
Rates aren't published on this site because they depend on your specific setup. Any figure quoted directly to you following an enquiry is only valid for the scope described at the time, and may change if the actual scope of work differs once work begins.
Veitch Ops is not a 24/7 emergency service and doesn't guarantee availability for any specific shift, date or notice period unless explicitly agreed in writing as part of a specific engagement.
This website and the information on it are provided in good faith, but without guarantee of completeness or that it reflects your specific situation exactly. Nothing on this page limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
Questions about these terms can be sent to info@veitchops.co.uk.
